Question:
Mark, could you take us back to the beginning? How did you first venture into the world of producing house music, and what ignited your passion for a career in music production?
Answer:
I embarked on my music production journey at the young age of 14, armed with nothing more than a laptop and a pair of basic headphones. What truly sparked my passion for music production was the sheer joy of witnessing people immerse themselves in the emotions and ideas conveyed by DJ producers through their tracks. There's a unique thrill in creating melodies that resonate with listeners and being able to connect with an audience who genuinely enjoys them.
Question:
It's clear that your music is a fusion of various electronic music genres. Can you share your approach to blending genres and what you aim to express through your distinct sound?
Answer:
Genre fusion in electronic music, especially in the realm of Tech House, is a thrilling endeavor. My primary focus when crafting a track is to discover extraordinary, distinctive sounds that resonate with me personally. These sounds could be anything from synths and basslines to vocals. I strive to infuse each track with a powerful sense of energy and emotion, whether it's pure happiness, nostalgia, or a blend of both, much like what I feel during the creative process.
Question:
Mexico boasts a rich and vibrant music scene. How has your Mexican heritage influenced your music, and do you incorporate any cultural elements into your tracks?

My Mexican heritage has played a pivotal role in infusing my tracks with an infectious groove, particularly in the rhythm section. Latin and highly vibrant sounds that are deeply rooted in Mexican culture have found their way into my music.
Question:
Your recent releases have garnered significant attention and support from the global House music community. What sets your music apart from your contemporaries?
Answer:
It's truly surreal to receive such support from the global house music community. I believe what distinguishes my work from other producers is the unique signature style I aim to inject into each of my tracks. It's the attention to detail, the distinctive FX, vocals, basslines, and synths that I consistently incorporate into my music. These elements collectively create a distinct identity that sets me apart in the industry.
Question:
Could you walk us through your creative process when producing a new track? Where do you draw inspiration, and how do you translate it into music?
Answer:
Certainly! My creative process begins with a clear idea of the track's concept and what emotions I want to convey. Inspiration often strikes when I reflect on personal experiences, memories, or even fantasies. Listening to tracks by other renowned producers can also spark creative ideas. When it comes to translating this inspiration into music, I work meticulously to replicate the sounds and melodies that resonate with me, ensuring that the track captures the essence of the inspiration.
